As our Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a critical role in CMGT's continued growth and success. This position leads revenue generation, business development, sales team performance, marketing strategy, and new community onboarding. You will help expand CMGT's footprint while ensuring every new client experiences a seamless transition from signed agreement to successful community launch. What We're Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field preferred
  • Five or more years of progressive sales leadership experience with revenue accountability
  • Proven experience managing a sales team and achieving measurable growth objectives
  • Experience with client onboarding, implementation, or customer success programs
