Job Summary:

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining high-performance integration solutions and data pipelines while utilizing healthcare data standards.
Responsibilities:
โข Build, optimize, and maintain robust backend systems using .NET and C#.
โข Design and deploy scalable, cloud-based data orchestration pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
โข Implement, parse, and map complex data payloads using EDI (X12) or FHIR standards.
โข Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and champion clean, modern software engineering practices.
โข Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and monitor secure integrations within the Azure ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Required:
โข 3 years of direct experience working within healthcare IT, health-tech, or insurance sectors (Mandatory).
โข 5 years of professional software development experience specializing in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core.
โข 3 years of hands-on experience building, debugging, and managing cloud-based ETL/ELT pipelines.
โข 3 years of deep technical experience working with either: EDI (X12) transaction sets (e.g., 834, 835, 837, 270/271) OR FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) APIs and resources.
โข 5 years of strong proficiency in SQL Server, Azure SQL, or similar relational database systems.
โข Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred:
โข Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or API Management.
โข Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline automation (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
โข Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer or Azure Developer).
