Job Summary:
NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, and they are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with a strong background in the healthcare sector. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining high-performance integration solutions and data pipelines, while utilizing healthcare data standards and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities:
• Build, optimize, and maintain robust backend systems using .NET and C#.
• Design and deploy scalable, cloud-based data orchestration pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Implement, parse, and map complex data payloads using EDI (X12) or FHIR standards.
• Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and champion clean, modern software engineering practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and monitor secure integrations within the Azure ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3 years of direct experience working within healthcare IT, health-tech, or insurance sectors (Mandatory).
• 5 years of professional software development experience specializing in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core.
• 3 years of hands-on experience building, debugging, and managing cloud-based ETL/ELT pipelines.
• 3 years of deep technical experience working with either: EDI (X12) transaction sets (e.g., 834, 835, 837, 270/271) OR FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) APIs and resources.
• 5 years of strong proficiency in SQL Server, Azure SQL, or similar relational database systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred:
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or API Management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline automation (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer or Azure Developer).
