Job description

Fraser is seeking a clinical outcomes specialist to provide accurate and timely data entry to support regulatory compliance and clinical outcome reporting across Fraser's clinical divisions. In this role, you will collaborate with the leadership team to ensure compliance with clinical documentation requirements and maintain the integrity of data entered into Fraser's electronic health record (EHR) and State of Minnesota reporting systems. You will also support clinical staff development through training, system support, and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Must be qualified in at least of one the following ways:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral sciences AND 2,000 clinical hours
    • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field and a completed practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults or children served and is focused on behavioral science or related field.
    • A Master’s (or other graduate degree) in behavioral sciences or related fields.
    • 4,000 hours of clinical experience

Schedule and Pay:

  • Remote
  • Part-time: Monday- Friday, 20 hours per week
    • Monday-Friday 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm
  • Based on qualifications the hourly pay rate for this position is $26.44 to $28.84

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the leadership team in ensuring regulatory compliance and clinical outcomes.
    • Scoring of required DHS required clinical forms and additional clinical outcomes
    • Database entry into the MN State System and Fraser Electronic Health Record System
    • Entry of progress notes to ensure proper billing
    • Provide coordination for projects related to clinical staff development in the clinical divisions (Mental Health, Autism, Neuropsychology, Rehabilitation Therapy, and Clinical Operations for all clinical sites).
    • Organize and perform special projects for the clinical leadership team as assigned.
    • Find new ways to be even more meaningful, effective and efficient for our families, staff and partners.
    • As business and department need dictates, support and complete other duties as assigned.
