• Conduct detailed mental health assessments, considering the diverse medical conditions affecting patients' mental wellness.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that integrate psychiatric and medical care, adapting to the evolving needs of each patient.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to encourage patient engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with medical doctors, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to maintain coordinated care and achieve effective treatment outcomes.

This position serves a diverse patient population, including individuals with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions. You will be addressing complex needs, particularly prevalent in youth and families facing socioeconomic challenges in Tacoma. • An accredited Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Proficient understanding of mental health needs, particularly for individuals experiencing dual diagnoses.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with patients.
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries while upholding patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and office productivity software.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team structure, enhancing integrated care delivery.

Previous experience in a community health setting or outpatient clinical environment is highly desirable.
