• Conduct comprehensive and ongoing assessments to determine the unique needs of each client, allowing for individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, care staff, and families to communicate each client's progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Maintain organized schedules for appointments, home visits, and observations while documenting progress through detailed notes.
• Facilitate home visits when required, ensuring thorough assessments through direct observation, interviews, and data collection.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings to collaborate on care strategies and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Train and certify staff to enhance care capabilities and ensure compliance with program planning and implementation.
• Provide ongoing follow-up communication, including interviews and home visits, to support clients' evolving mental health needs.
• Act as a liaison between the mental health community and the public to drive development initiatives that benefit our clients and community.

As an LCPC at Wellbeing Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our focus includes trauma, substance use disorders, depression, and anxiety. Your role is vital in fostering a safe environment for clients to express their concerns and work towards meaningful change, making your contribution critical to the success stories we build together.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling setting, particularly within clinical environments.
• Strong understanding and application of legal and ethical standards in therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport building with a wide range of clients.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, contributing to an integrated care approach.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software and relevant technologies that facilitate client management.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or substance use treatment is highly preferred.
