• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the intensity and duration of mood disorder symptoms, utilizing structured assessment tools.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances, and incorporate various therapy modalities including structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Implement evidence-based interventions while monitoring client progress to adjust treatment plans dynamically, ensuring effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, self-care strategies, and resources to support their journey toward recovery.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to stay updated on advances in therapeutic methods.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them navigate mental health challenges and reduce stigma associated with seeking therapy.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist at Peace-Filled Mental and Counseling Center, you will work predominantly with diverse populations, including individuals and families facing challenges related to divorce, relationship conflicts, and mood disorders. Your work will involve providing therapy that emphasizes communication, empathy, and collaborative problem-solving, crucial for fostering lasting change and promoting healthy relationships.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is essential for this role.

• Empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach to clients’ experiences and challenges are vital.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance client loads and administrative tasks.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
