• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with best practices and client goals, incorporating therapeutic interventions catered to individual needs.
• Conduct crisis management interventions, utilizing de-escalation techniques to support clients in distress and ensure their safety.
• Regularly collect and document patient data to assess progress and inform ongoing treatment decisions, ensuring alignment with evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times, upholding the ethical guidelines set forth by regulatory bodies and our organization.
• Create a welcoming and confidential virtual environment conducive to therapy, demonstrating professional demeanor in all interactions.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health issues. This includes individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and various behavioral challenges. Your expertise in trauma-informed care and current therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and professional psychedelic integration, will be vital in delivering impactful support.

• A master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a closely related field.
• Current Washington State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHC-A).
• A minimum of one year of experience working in behavioral or mental health settings.
• A thorough understanding of trauma-informed practices and up-to-date knowledge of research-backed treatment methods.

• Familiarity with pediatric mental health and consideration of developmental stages across the lifespan.
• Demonstrated success in building rapport with clients and the broader community.
• Proficiency in documentation and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• A background in crisis management and the ability to assess therapeutic needs swiftly.
