This position is entirely remote, which allows you to work flexibly from your home office while maintaining a strong connection to our collaborative team. Our work setting emphasizes comfort and efficiency, utilizing advanced digital tools to support therapeutic interactions. You will have the opportunity to manage your schedule to best suit your lifestyle, with core hours typically falling from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Provide quality counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of clients. You will develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate client goals and preferences.
• Conduct thorough assessments by collecting data through client interviews, case histories, and observational techniques, ensuring that all pertinent information informs your therapeutic approach.
• Analyze evaluation data to identify underlying issues faced by clients, subsequently determining the most effective therapeutic modalities or when to refer to other specialists.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, ensuring all records and treatment notes are submitted within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Participate in mandatory training sessions to stay abreast of best practices and ongoing professional development.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients dealing with anxiety, stress disorders, and other related mental health concerns. Your work will support individuals preparing for and integrating their experiences with psychedelics and other alternative healing practices. A fundamental aspect of your role will be to provide a compassionate and empathetic space for clients as they navigate their mental health journeys.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with an active LCSW designation or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Credentialing capability on insurance panels to facilitate client access to services.
• Current malpractice insurance coverage.
• A commitment to managing a minimum caseload of 10 (53-minute) client sessions weekly.
• Strong proficiency with digital Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms to support efficient practice management.

• Previous experience working in telehealth environments, showcasing adaptability to digital platforms and remote client engagement.
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical social work practices, ethics, and legal standards related to patient treatment.
• Experience using holistic therapies and an understanding of non-traditional healing modalities, including meditation, breathwork, or other consciousness-altering practices to aid therapeutic outcomes.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skill level. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
