Job description

What is the job? 
This role is responsible for developing and executing advanced analytical solutions that support datadriven decisionmaking across the business. You will serve as a key link between Regal’s data infrastructure and commercial insights, transforming curated enterprise data into clear, structured analytical outputs that leaders can confidently act on.

The position focuses on hypothesis testing, forecasting integration, and KPI governance, ensuring metrics and analytical frameworks are consistently defined and applied across teams. Working closely with business leaders, IT, and BI engineering, you will translate complex data into interpretable insights while helping standardize analytical practices across the organization.

What will you be doing?  

  • You will query enterprise data sources in Snowflake using SQL to extract curated datasets for structured analysis.
  • You will develop and maintain Pythonbased analytical notebooks to support hypothesis testing, A/B testing, forecasting, and performance diagnostics.
  • You will integrate and enhance forecasting models within scalable analytical workflows.
  • You will support KPI definition, documentation, and governance to ensure metric alignment across crossfunctional teams.
  •  You will partner with IT, BI, and business leaders to identify data inconsistencies, resolve metric gaps, and document analytical work within internal knowledge systems.

About you 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • You have three to five years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related analytical role working with large datasets.
  • You have strong SQL skills and experience using Python in notebook environments for analytical workflows.
  • You are comfortable translating analytical findings into clear, businessready insights for crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • You have the ability to solve complex problems, apply structured reasoning, and work effectively across varying levels of ambiguity.
