  • Ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable, providing clear insights into the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls and operations.

Security Briefings & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct periodic security briefings for client leadership and stakeholders, as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).

  • Present insights on threat landscape, emerging vulnerabilities, overall security posture, and significant security events or trends.

  • Translate complex cybersecurity data into clear, concise messaging tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Data Integration & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with technical teams, cybersecurity personnel, and project controllers to gather, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources.

  • Ensure consistency and alignment of data used for reporting and analysis across systems and teams.

  • Support integration of cybersecurity data into centralized reporting tools and dashboards.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support development and refinement of reporting processes, templates, and standards.

  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and analytical methodologies.

  • 10 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, data analytics, cybersecurity analysis, or related roles.

  • Experience developing, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics or KPIs in IT or cybersecurity environments.

  • Experience preparing executive-level reports and delivering briefings to senior leadership.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms).

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical and program management staff.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Q clearance.
