Sevierville, TN | Data Analyst Power BI | Full-time


We are actively recruiting a Data Analyst Power BI for our client in Sevierville, TN. This is a direct hire opportunity that will require 100% onsite work in Sevierville. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, growing data team and play a key role in business reporting and analytics. Must have hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI.


Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.


Position Overview

The Data Analyst will support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives with a strong emphasis on Power BI development. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports used across the organization. The team values onsite collaboration and is open to candidates at varying experience levels, from early-career analysts to senior, hands-on professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
  • Translate business questions into meaningful KPIs, metrics, and visualizations
  • Work with existing datasets and reporting structures while contributing to ongoing enhancements
  • Support new reporting initiatives related to marketing and analytics platforms, including digital advertising spend
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate outputs, and iterate on reporting solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy, usability, and performance of dashboards over time
  • Contribute to future data initiatives such as data modeling and report optimization

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and KPI development
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions
  • Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and incorporating feedback
  • Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Sevierville, TN
