Description Senior Commercial Data & Insights Analyst Summary: The Huntington Commercial Reporting and Insights Team is responsible for supporting the deposit, lending, pricing, and profitability groups within the Commercial Bank through data, analytics, and reporting. The Senior Commercial Data & Insights Analyst will own, develop, and deploy projects to develop reports, dashboards, and analyses that support strategic, operational, and regulatory initiatives across the bank. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with strong analytical skills, curiosity, and an interest in applying data to real-world financial and business problems.

Duties & Responsibilities: Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured data from internal systems (e.g., financial, customer, operational, or balance data) Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and performance drivers to support business decisions Partner with stakeholders across business, finance, risk, and treasury to understand data needs Support ad hoc analytical requests, presentations, and executive reporting Document data definitions, assumptions, and analytical methodologies Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards Participate in data quality and process improvement initiatives Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling) 5+ years of SQL for querying relational databases 5+ years of SAS, Python, R or other related languages Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Familiarity with financial services, banking, or regulated environments Understanding of basic statistics and data visualization best practices Exposure to data governance, data quality, or risk concepts Knowledge of Commercial Banking Deposit & Lending products and offerings Be a self-starter with the capability to work independently and in cross-functional groups/collaborative environment, focusing on specific details while maintaining the ability to make sense of the 'bigger' picture. Compensation Range: 70,000.00 - 140,000.00 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan
