PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $106,600.00-$130,100.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $82,900.00 - $154,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent experiencerequired.

  • 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience, including advancedproficiencyin SQL, Python, and data preparation tools (e.g., Alteryx),expertisein data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI, and hands-on experience working with cloud-based data environments including Snowflake and Azure.

  • Experience with analytical and problem-solving capabilities, a strong understanding of KPI development and performance measurement, advanced knowledge of mathematical concepts and applied analytics, intermediatestatistical knowledge.

  • Project management, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
