Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, including reviews of their personal history, presenting issues, and goals for therapy.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each client's individual needs and objectives.
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, primarily using solution-focused techniques and cognitive behavioral strategies via teletherapy platforms.
  • Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional or psychological distress, ensuring safety and stability.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training sessions, workshops, and relevant courses to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of best practices.
