The OpportunityWe are seeking a high-performing Producer & Closer who thrives in a structured, high-activity environment and knows how to convert conversations into clients.

This role combines daily outbound engagement with high-level investment conversations. You will spend a significant portion of your day on the phone—connecting with leads, navigating to decision-makers, and consistently moving prospects through the pipeline to close.

This is not a passive relationship role. This is a performance-driven position for someone who is comfortable doing the work required to win.

  • Key Responsibilities Execute consistent outbound calls and follow-ups to engage prospective clients
  • Navigate organizations and relationships to reach decision-makers
  • Build, manage, and advance a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Lead investment conversations and guide prospects through the decision process
  • Convert opportunities into new clients and drive AUM growth
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with prospects throughout the sales cycle
  • Track activity, pipeline, and results within CRM and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Maintain full compliance with regulatory and fiduciary standards

Qualifications

  • Active securities license required (Series 65, 7/66, or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial sales
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close clients
  • Comfortable with high daily call volume and structured outreach
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
