This is a remote position.

Position Summary

GEO Academies is seeking an Education Program Coordinator to support the planning, organization, and ongoing administration of educational programs and initiatives. This role focuses on keeping programs organized, coordinating schedules and resources, maintaining program documentation, and helping teams deliver activities effectively.

The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate several projects or program activities at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate the administrative activities associated with educational programs.
* Maintain program calendars, schedules, timelines, and important milestones.
* Coordinate meetings, orientations, workshops, training sessions, and other program activities.
* Prepare and organize program materials, forms, presentations, and supporting documents.
* Communicate program information, schedules, and updates to participants and internal teams.
* Track program activities, deadlines, participation, and completion requirements.
* Maintain accurate program records and electronic documentation.
* Assist with preparing program reports, summaries, and status updates.
* Coordinate information between departments involved in program delivery.
* Support communication with community organizations, partners, vendors, or other external contacts when appropriate.
* Monitor program-related tasks and follow up on outstanding items.
* Assist with surveys, feedback collection, and program evaluations.
* Help identify administrative challenges and recommend improvements to program workflows.
* Research information that may support program planning and development.
* Assist with implementing new programs, procedures, and initiatives.
* Support special projects assigned by program leadership.


Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
