Crossroad Behavioral Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. • Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using various evidence-based methods, ensuring each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the client.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA compliance.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver therapy, while maintaining a secure and confidential environment for clients.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress, share insights, and foster a spirit of collaboration among peers.
• Work with clients from various backgrounds to develop culturally appropriate therapeutic strategies that honor their customs and values.

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds. We focus on providing support for a wide array of issues such as trauma, grief, anxiety, and family dynamics. Our therapists are committed to understanding the unique cultural contexts of their clients to deliver the most effective interventions.

• Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a closely related field.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to engage in bilingual psychotherapy.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting with a focus on children, adults, and families.
• Demonstrated respect and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds and individual needs.
• Experience with clinical modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
• Capability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) software, Microsoft Office Suite, and telehealth applications.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a sign-on bonus, flexible work schedule, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
