Customer Success Engineer Remote Full-Time Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000/year + health benefits, stock options, and 3 weeks PTO About Isomer Isomer is transforming insurance operations with AI-powered, agentic workflows. We help insurers, TPAs, brokers, and risk managers automate manual processes, improve accuracy, and move faster. We're an early-stage startup with a collaborative, engaging, and fun culture—where we move quickly, learn together, and everyone contributes ideas.

The Role As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE), you will guide customers end-to-end—from onboarding and process discovery, to building and launching workflows in the Isomer platform, to managing projects and supporting your book of customers over time. This role blends project management, product thinking, and process analysis with strong communication skills to deliver business outcomes quickly and reliably. What You'll Do Own onboarding from kickoff to go-live, aligning on goals, scope, and success metrics.

Run process discovery sessions and translate business needs into clear workflow designs. Build and configure workflows in Isomer, integrating data, APIs, and human‐in‐the‐loop steps. Project manage implementations with plans, timelines, and risk mitigation to hit launch dates.

Lead training, enablement, and ongoing QBRs to drive adoption and measurable outcomes. Support data mapping/imports and monitor workflow performance, quality, and SLAs. Partner with Product/Engineering to relay feedback and shape roadmap priorities.

What We're Looking For 3+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Consulting, or similar in B2B SaaS. Experience running projects end‐to‐end with clear scope, timelines, and stakeholder management. Process analysis skills; ability to map current/target states and identify automation opportunities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable with executive and technical audiences. Comfort working in a fast‐moving startup with ambiguity and changing priorities. Familiarity with APIs, spreadsheets, and basic data wrangling; SQL is a plus.

Hands‐on LLM experience: you use tools like ChatGPT (or similar) daily—personally or professionally—and understand prompting and iterative refinement to get reliable results. Insurance domain familiarity is a plus, not a requirement. Skills & Competencies Project Management Plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder updates.

Process Discovery Interviewing, mapping, and defining success metrics. Workflow Design Translating business logic into agentic flows. Stakeholder Communication Clear status, decisions, and expectations.

Technical Aptitude APIs, data formats, and troubleshooting basics. Data Analysis Spreadsheets, metrics, and QA checks. Documentation & Training Guides, playbooks, and live enablement.
