Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Specialist based in the Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to support customers through critical technology transitions within a fast-growing global software environment. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will guide users through migration, onboarding, and training processes while helping them unlock the full value of a modern SaaS platform. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will build trusted relationships, solve challenges, and ensure a smooth adoption journey. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and helping businesses succeed with digital solutions. You will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction, strengthening retention, and contributing to continuous improvements in customer experience within an international remote-first team.

Accountabilities
  • Guide customers through the full migration journey from legacy systems to a modern web-based platform, ensuring a smooth, confident, and well-supported transition.
  • Lead onboarding sessions and customer training activities tailored to different user needs, helping customers quickly understand and adopt platform capabilities.
  • Communicate product value clearly by showing customers how new features and workflows can improve their daily operations and business outcomes.
  • Monitor customer progress throughout migration and proactively address questions, challenges, and adoption barriers before they escalate.
  • Deliver engaging product training sessions, including group workshops and one-to-one support, while creating accessible documentation, guides, and learning resources.
  • Track customer adoption indicators and provide additional support to users who need help maximizing platform value.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact during migration and hypercare periods.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Support, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to communicate customer needs and ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Represent customer feedback internally and contribute insights that improve processes, product experiences, and training materials.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, progress updates, and interaction details using CRM and collaboration tools.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and operational projects within the customer experience team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, Training, or Professional Services.
  • Experience supporting SaaS products, software onboarding, customer migrations, or technology adoption projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles, including adoption, value realization, relationship management, and retention.
  • Experience delivering product training, creating user documentation, or supporting business customers through digital transformation is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, health technology, clinical workflows, or operational software environments is a strong plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex software products and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, particularly for remote training and onboarding sessions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, collaboration platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy, patience, and a genuine motivation to help users succeed.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, resilience, and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
  • Fluent Norwegian language skills are required, along with strong English communication abilities.
