This is a full-time, zero-commission, outbound, work-from-home position.

Job Description:

Each day and each call can be different. We find new child sponsors, welcome new donors, renew event participants, and invite donors to give monthly. We thank, connect, engage and inspire. We Provide:

You Provide:

  • You are looking for full-time hours, 40 hours a week
  • A minimum of 2 years' customer service and call centre experience
  • You love talking to people and are a great communicator
  • Availability to work 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon -Thu and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST)
  • Availability to work occasional Saturday shifts (10:00am to 5:00pm)
  • You are technically savvy and self-reliant

Requirements:

  • A newer-version Windows PC or laptop computer (Apple or Mac are not supported)
  • A professional work from home office space
  • High-speed cabled internet connection (min of 25 mbps down/5 mbps up)
  • A USB headset and webcam
