As a Remote Customer Service and Sales Associate, your key role includes developing customer relationships, implementing success, contributing to sales efforts and acting as a customer advocate within our organization – ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented and motivated to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries via email and phone ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Assist clients with product selection and providing personalized recommendations
