We are seeking a Remote Customer Relations Specialist based in the New York area to assist clients with travel planning support, coordination, and communication. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality client experience while helping individuals and families organize meaningful travel plans.
In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with questions, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after travel.
