Warranty Specialist 
Remote position with the ability to travel occasionally to Elmsford, NY as needed.

The Warranty Specialist supports Apex Service Partnersโ€™ affiliated home service companies across the NY Metro area by managing warranty claims and reimbursement processes. This role ensures that failed parts under warranty are accurately identified, submitted, tracked, and reimbursed in accordance with each manufacturerโ€™s unique requirements and procedures. The position involves developing and maintaining effective communication channels with warehouse teams across multiple locations to identify new warranty claims and initiate the reimbursement process. The Warranty Specialist will serve as a key liaison between warehouses and manufacturers, ensuring timely follow-through and proper documentation for all claims.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of navigating multiple processes simultaneously while maintaining strong coordination across teams.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of warranty processes, requirements, and key points of contact for various manufacturers and distributors
  • Establish and maintain a clear communication system with warehouses across the NY Metro area to receive and track warranty claim requests
  • Review and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all required documentation is included
  • Monitor the status of submitted claims and follow through to confirmation and reimbursement
  • Maintain organized records of warranty submissions, approvals, and outstanding claims
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve overall warranty processing efficiency
What You Bring
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and professionally explain issues and solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software (preferred)
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple claims and follow up on deadlines

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-based role, offering 10โ€“11% commission
