Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Engage in a fast-paced Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) phone environment, taking back-to-back customer calls starting at 8:00 AM EST
  • Utilize advanced technical, functional, and product knowledge to address complex insurance questions
  • Act as a dedicated resource for specialized over-65 insurance products, ensuring plan participants, providers, and stakeholders receive accurate guidance.
  • Identify patterns of inconsistent claims filing, obtain necessary records from employer groups or members, and update claims and membership records.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Prior experience working in a high-volume call center environment
  • Proven experience working successfully in a work-from-home environment
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, paired with 0-3 years of related experience
