AI Solutions Engineer (Consultant) - Fully Remoteย 

Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is conducting an exclusive search for aย high-volume business in the legal industryย seekingย toย leverageย AI and automation to streamline complex workflows,ย optimizeย operations, and accelerate growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this consultant will assess existing processes,ย identifyย high-impact AI opportunities, and design, build, and implement a firm-wide AI strategy that enhances productivity, drives innovation, and improves service delivery.ย ย 

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Evaluate workflows andย identifyย automation opportunities across legal and business operations.ย 

  • Develop an AI roadmap with recommended tools, AI agents, and implementationย priorities.ย 

  • Design, build, deploy, and implementย AI-driven solutions for client intake, document review, case management, communications, billing, and other core business processes.ย 

  • Architect and develop custom AI workflows, integrations, and automation solutions that can be scaled across the firm.ย 

  • Lead training, adoption, governance, andย change-managementย initiatives.ย 

  • Deliver measurable results and recommendations for future AI development.ย 

Qualificationsย 

  • Proven experience implementing AI and automation solutions in legal, professional services, or similar environments.ย 

  • Expertiseย in AI agents, LLM integrations, and platforms such asย LangChain, n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable tools.ย 

  • Experience building or deploying MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.ย 

  • Strongย process-improvement, executive communication, andย change-managementย skills.ย 

  • Litigation and legal technology experience preferred; California employment law knowledge is a plus.ย
