• Conduct remote therapy sessions utilizing telehealth technology to enhance accessibility and client engagement.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on a thorough assessment of individual client needs, strengths, and therapy goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support to clients in need, utilizing evidence-based techniques to manage immediate concerns.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources when necessary to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on feedback and client progress to improve therapeutic outcomes.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Iris Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will focus on providing culturally competent care that respects and understands the unique backgrounds of each client, allowing for targeted therapeutic approaches.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
• A strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and models, with a focus on relational dynamics.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain rapport with clients.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and comfortable with technology.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, enabling the effective management of caseloads.

• Prior experience providing remote therapy services is highly desirable.
• Experience working with diverse populations and sensitivity to cultural and social factors affecting mental health.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or other relevant methodologies.
