THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is seeking a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding who will report to the Senior Director of Strategic Go to Market Mentorship, Training, and On-Boarding on the Sales Enablement team.
In this role, you will be the operational engine driving comprehensive commercial readiness specifically tailored for our growing U.S. based sales team. Your primary mission is to ensure all newly hired U.S. sales colleagues are thoroughly trained, equipped, and prepared for high-quality engagements with customers-encompassing both technical knowledge and total business operations proficiency. You will work collaboratively to aid in program development and take the lead in driving the execution of our onboarding and enablement initiatives across domestic regions. We are looking for an execution-focused professional who can effectively coordinate with internal experts and content providers across engineering, sales ops, and product teams. You will be the force that keeps our training programs moving forward, ensuring our domestic team achieves absolute day-one readiness in the field. The role requires up to 50% of travel to conduct on-site training, attend trade shows, and support field demonstrations across the U.S.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
U.S. Program Execution: Drive the execution of the Go-to-Market (GTM) Onboarding & Enablement Program specifically tailored for U.S. sales team members, ensuring new hires achieve full readiness across both technical solutions and internal business operations.
Business Operations Training: Aid in developing and executing training modules covering internal business processes, sales operations tools, CRM workflows, and commercial best practices to ensure seamless execution in U.S. markets.
Collaborative Development & Optimization: Partner across departments (Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations) to aid in the design, optimization, and scaling of the end-to-end curriculum.
Cross-Functional Expert Coordination: Manage and coordinate with internal content creators and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training assets-spanning technical manuals to business operations playbooks-are up-to-date and effective.
Total Readiness Governance: Maintain a structured feedback loop and skill-level tracking system (Skill Matrix) to proactively identify and address gaps in both technical understanding and operational compliance within the domestic team.
Continuous Learning Management: Manage the operational calendar for recurring "Refresher & Advanced Skills" training, keeping U.S. sales colleagues aligned on both new technical features and updated business processes.
Operational Logistics: Orchestrate the logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation required for national training programs, ensuring seamless execution across relevant domestic time zones.
Field Readiness Mentoring: Coordinate the post-onboarding field application phase, guiding new hires as they engage with real clients to refine their skills and achieve full proficiency in the field.
Perform other related duties of which the above are representative.
Travel Requirement - Up to 50% of the time to conduct on-site training, attend trade shows, and support field demonstrations across the U.S.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree is required.
4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
Training & Enablement Experience: 3+ years of experience delivering training programs, driving onboarding initiatives, or managing commercial enablement platforms in a professional environment.
Program Execution & Delivery: Proven track record of executing structured training curricula, applying adult learning principles, and ensuring baseline readiness across diverse teams.
Operational Coordination: Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), and organize complex program logistics (calendars, resources, tracking).
Exceptional Communication: Strong talent for structuring information and ensuring content is highly accessible, actionable, and aligned with business operations and customer-facing standards.
Drive & Initiative: High energy and a proactive mentality to independently manage schedules, track readiness benchmarks, and drive projects forward.
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Experience supporting or training remote commercial teams across multiple U.S. time zones.
Experience developing, optimizing, or managing a Master Training Library, e-learning modules, or interactive presentation decks.
Experience in a hybrid technical/commercial environment (e.g., telecommunications, advanced IP networking, tactical systems, or technology manufacturing).
Familiarity with sales methodology training, CRM workflows, and internal business operations tools.
Military or tactical technical background (e.g., experience in training coordination, operational readiness, or instructional design).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:
