What You'll Do:

As the Training Generalist with Imagine Pediatrics, you will support the Training and Development Function. In this role, you will:

  • Partner cross-functionally with subject matter experts to develop curriculum, training plans, job aids, videos, and necessary training materials for clinical and non-clinical teams
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and help develop best practices to optimize our onboarding process
  • Directly present training content for different audiences
  • Assist the instructional designer with instructional design concepts and act as a line of support and mentor to the training team when necessary
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Executive Operations to execute goals of the People Team (Training and Development roles in the People Team)
  • Work closely with business leaders on alignment of educational content for clinical and nonclinical teams
  • Be responsible for a values-based approach to leadership education and development within our company
  • Consult cross functionally on how to build, implement and measure training initiatives
  • Perform other duties as needed

In this role, you will need:

  • Curriculum design expertise using ADDIE model
  • 2-3+ years of instructional design experience
  • Advanced experience with course creation for Learning Management Systems
  • 2-5+ years of training experience in a Healthcare setting
  • Experience training EMR systems (preferably Athena)
  • Experience onboarding clinical and nonclinical teams
  • Experience with design software and authoring tools Camtasia, Articulate 360 (storyline, Rise) and Vyond

The role offers a base salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package, and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
