About the team
TradingView is seeking a high-impact Growth Specialist to drive partnership driven growth across the US. This role sits at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, with a clear mandate to expand TradingView's presence across brokers, exchanges and fintech platforms.
You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from sourcing and pitching to onboarding and scaling and play a critical role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in one of our most strategic markets.
This is a highly autonomous role requiring a commercial mindset, technical fluency, and strong execution discipline.
Responsibilities
Partnership & Pipeline Development
  • Manage and convert inbound partnership opportunities across brokers, exchanges and fintech platforms
  • Build and execute a targeted outbound pipeline strategy aligned to country growth priorities
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, including forecasting and tracking performance against quarterly targets
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to deal execution and post-launch growth

Go-to-Market & Commercial Ownership
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies with existing partners to drive measurable user and revenue growth
  • Approach new and existing partnerships with a consultative, solution-oriented mindset, aligning TradingView's capabilities with partner needs
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and commercial frameworks
  • Identify opportunities to bundle products, optimize monetization, and increase partner ROI

Client Engagement & Execution
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring high-quality communication
  • Support technical onboarding and integrations, working closely with internal product and engineering teams
  • Review and refine technical responses and proposals to ensure clarity and accuracy
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations

Insights, Optimization & Feedback Loop
  • Own a rigorous "test and learn" methodology, continuously optimizing partnership performance
  • Collect and synthesize customer and partner feedback, translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Provide structured reporting and insights to leadership on pipeline, performance, and market trends

Brand & Market Development
  • Drive brand awareness and credibility for TradingView within the US trading ecosystem
  • Represent TradingView in client meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions
  • Identify and unlock new partnership verticals and growth opportunities in the region
