Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (Full-Time or Part-Time Weekend Options Available)

Location: Downtown Orlando, FL (Hybrid / Remote options after successful completion of in-office training)
Schedule: Full-Time or Flexible Part-Time Weekend schedules available
Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour doe + Uncapped Commission Potential + Performance Incentives + Leads provided

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with members to identify their specific coverage needs and recommend personalized auto insurance solutions.
  • Convert company-provided opportunities into bound policies using our CRM and sales technology.
  • Conduct policy reviews to uncover cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities.
  • Deliver an exceptional member experience from initial conversation through policy execution.
  • Partner with internal Marketing, Member Services, and Enrollment teams to maximize every opportunity.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License.
  • 1+ years
