• Provide individual mental health counseling via secure video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to guide clients toward their therapeutic goals.
• Craft tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client feedback, adjusting as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
• Foster insight and understanding in clients regarding their emotions, behaviors, and relationships, empowering them to achieve personal growth.
• Monitor clients’ progress throughout the treatment engagement, helping them develop effective coping strategies and skills for their day-to-day challenges.

The primary focus of your work will be with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present with a variety of mental health concerns. Our goal is to empower these individuals by equipping them with coping tools and techniques tailored to enhance their daily functioning and overall quality of life.

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice; applicants must provide their license type, such as LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC, along with the issuing state.
• No provisional or limited licenses accepted; candidates must have no history of disciplinary actions against their licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Strong computer literacy, with access to a computer that has webcam and audio capabilities to facilitate virtual sessions.
• A reliable and high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless online communication.

• Experience with a diverse adult population, especially in a remote counseling capacity.
• Proven track record of developing successful treatment plans and employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Previous experience utilizing digital counseling platforms is a plus.

The salary for this remote position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and working hours.
