• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to gauge their mental health status, emotional well-being, and resilience, using validated screening tools and clinical techniques.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that are reflective of each client's unique circumstances, preferences, and goals, ensuring to adjust them based on ongoing evaluations.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual and group settings.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt interventions as needed, fostering open lines of communication to effectively track development and challenges.
• Provide effective crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, facilitating immediate support and strategic solutions to stabilize situations.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering strictly to the ethical standards and legal requirements established by licensing boards and professional organizations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions aimed at enhancing clinical proficiency and staying abreast of emerging trends in mental health care.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required for this position.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
