This is a fully remote position, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home in Augusta, Georgia, or beyond. You will engage with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, fostering an engaging therapeutic environment tailored to individual needs. • Conduct insightful and ethical mental health counseling sessions via video chat, creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques, to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.
• Develop detailed and individualized treatment plans aligning with clients’ specific needs and objectives, ensuring they receive tailored care.
• Facilitate client self-reflection by encouraging the development of insights regarding their emotions, relationships, and life choices.
• Regularly monitor client progress throughout the treatment journey, adapting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes and cultivate healthier coping mechanisms.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults facing a variety of mental health concerns. Our focus is on empowering individuals to cultivate the skills required to enhance their quality of life, whether they come to us for support with anxiety, depression, stress management, or life transitions. Your approach will be collaborative, ensuring that each client feels understood and respected as they work towards their therapeutic goals.

• A master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active state-issued licensure to practice independently; we specifically require LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or similar credentials.
• No disciplinary actions; candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate an empathetic and supportive nature.
• Proficient computer literacy, with a reliable computer equipped with audio and video functionality for virtual counseling sessions.
• Stable internet connection to ensure seamless communication and client engagement during therapy sessions.

Ideal candidates will have experience working in remote settings and possess strong organizational skills to manage their caseload effectively. A proven track record of utilizing various therapeutic techniques and an understanding of community health resources will set you apart.

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a generous sign-on bonus to ensure a seamless transition into your new role.
