Aquent Studios is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to join our dedicated creative team supporting a large corporate client. This role will serve as the strategic creative lead for an assigned business area, guiding concept development, elevating brand expression, and ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned work across channels.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary creative and brand partner for an assigned business areas.
  • Provide creative direction across print, digital, exhibits, PowerPoint, video, 3D, and other deliverables.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define creative strategy, develop briefs, and translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
  • Lead brainstorming, creative kickoffs, and concept development with designers, writers, and external partners.
  • Present creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Guide projects from concept through final execution, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, creative teams, and external vendors to determine resources, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide creative and brand quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Execute campaigns, events, presentations, advertising, and other brand initiatives as needed.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, brand design, and other creative deliverables.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual development, visual storytelling, brand expression, and multi-channel creative strategy and execution.
  • Experience leading creative projects and directing the work of designers and external partners.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, resources, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Workfront or similar project management experience is a plus.

Other Requirements
