As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses, collaborating with clients to create and implement tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Maintaining a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, focusing on delivering quality therapeutic interventions that drive meaningful outcomes.
• Utilizing innovative and creative therapeutic techniques to engage clients in their recovery journey, ensuring that interventions are not only effective but also resonate with clients personally.
• Keeping comprehensive documentation for each therapy session, including ongoing diagnosis reviews, treatment plan updates, and case notes, in adherence to our meticulous company policies.
• Working collaboratively with other mental health professionals, case managers, and community resources to ensure a cohesive support strategy for each client.
• Providing exceptional client service, fostering an environment of trust and respect that encourages client retention and engagement.

In this role, you will work primarily with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your approach will be sensitive to the diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients, with an emphasis on culturally competent therapy practices. Each client interaction will contribute to better mental health outcomes, reducing systemic barriers to care within our community.

To qualify for the position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective client interactions and documentation.
• Proficient knowledge of family therapy services and community resources, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care and support.
• Experience in conducting behavioral assessments and drafting treatment plans that effectively guide therapy sessions.

Ideal candidates will also have:

• Experience working with families facing a broad range of issues, particularly those related to mental health challenges, addiction, and interpersonal dynamics.
• Familiarity with fee collection processes at the time of service to support the operational needs of the organization.
• A demonstrable ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
• A history of successful collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition, employees can expect:
