Job description

Marketing Coordinator, Social & Influencer (Remote)
Department: Marketing
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Atlanta, GA - Corporate Office
Description
About OVME
OVME Medical Aesthetics is a fast-growing national medspa brand redefining what modern aesthetic care looks like - clinically credible, digitally native, and built for how people actually live. With 27 studios and counting, we're scaling a brand that clients trust and talk about.
The Role
OVME is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to anchor our social and influencer presence while producing the still and video content that fuels every marketing channel - social, email, web, and field. This person will own day-to-day content creation and posting, manage OVME's existing influencer marketing program, and support events and field marketing as needed, including studio openings. This person would ideally be located near an OVME Studio in order to film content for posting on social media platforms.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who can create great content, keep a growing influencer program running smoothly, and show up in the field when a studio opening or local activation needs an extra set of hands.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development
  • Produce still and video assets - photo, video, and graphic design - that support social, email, web, and other marketing channels
  • Design in Figma and Canva to build on-brand assets, from social graphics to campaign collateral
  • Partner our agency, Darkroom, as well as the CMO and the broader marketing team, to translate campaign concepts and seasonal themes into finished creative

Content & Posting
  • Own day-to-day posting across OVME's social channels, keeping content fresh, consistent, and on-brand
  • Build and manage the content calendar around seasonal concepts, promotions, and key priority messaging, in partnership with the CMO
  • Be located near studio to film content for posting on social media platforms

Influencer Marketing
  • Manage OVME's existing influencer marketing program, maintaining relationships with current partners
  • Coordinate scheduling of influencer appointments and ensure contracts are signed and on file
  • Coordinate influencer content deliverables, usage rights, and posting timelines
  • Track and report on influencer program performance, using results to refine strategy over time

Field & HQ Partnership
  • Work directly with studio teams to source local content and ensure field-level social activity aligns with brand and messaging standards
  • Serve as a connective link between HQ priorities and studio-level execution, helping the field bring national campaigns to life locally
  • Partner with the field and HQ on key, internal cultural moments that should be highlighted in social

Events & Field Marketing
  • Support event and field marketing execution as needed, with a focus on studio openings
  • Help produce on-the-ground content and coordinate marketing logistics for local activations

Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure content and social activity supports lifecycle, paid, and brand initiatives
  • Stay current on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging formats, and bring recommendations back to the marketing team

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or influencer marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Strong working proficiency in Figma and Canva - this is critical to the role, not a nice-to-have
  • Proficiency in native social media platform tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creative Center, scheduling/publishing platforms)
  • A strong eye for content - both design and video - and an understanding of what performs across channels
  • Experience managing influencer or creator relationships, including scheduling, coordination, and contract follow-through
  • Willingness and ability to support events and travel to studios for openings and local activations as needed
  • Comfort working across many stakeholders - HQ, field teams, and external partners - without losing sight of the priority
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple content calendars and campaigns at once, largely independently
  • A genuine interest in the medical aesthetics or beauty/wellness space is a plus

Benefits
  • 15 Days Paid Time Off
  • 12 Paid Holidays
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • Short- and Long-Term Disability, AD&D, and Life Insurance 100% company-paid
