The Job:

The Associate National Account Manager position will aid in delivering sales results for Menards by ensuring operational excellence and execution within the business. This person will reside in the with in driving distance to Eau Claire, WI.

Specifically, you'll:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with key decision makers to drive our business
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to help drive the needs of managing our business.
  • Assist in SBD's sales efforts with a dedicated merchant team.
  • Work with a distributor and the internal SBD team (sales, channel, brand, product, etc.) to help coordinate key initiatives, drive key business strategies, engage in Product Line Review and Promotional Planning needs, and provide key analysis and analytic based support to best help SBD manage the businesses at a large distributor.
  • Establishing strong relationships with Key Decision Makers as well as internally, that will provide opportunities to grow sales and solidify SB&D's relationships with merchant, assortment planning, inventory and marketing teams.
  • Liaison between our Account Team to help drive sales and execute key business initiatives.

The Person:

You're a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You're creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You're agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Self-motivated, high energy, persistent, and sense of urgency
  • Demonstrated track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proven track record of success - ability to drive growth
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving - must be creative, innovative
  • Ability to organize and prioritize, and work cross-functionally
  • Superior Interpersonal skills - proficient in both written and verbal communications
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of market (competitors, environment etc.)
  • Experience in a similar industry

The Total Target Cash Compensation range for this position is $67,200.00 - $108,200.00
