Join our team! We're hiring for a Bilingual Human Resources Intern in our Whitewater, WI location for this upcoming Fall semester. The Bilingual HR intern will work closely with a multi-discipline HR team. The ideal candidate will be available for?15-20?hours per week during the semester - flexible hours available within the office hours.?


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing of candidates and relationship building with the Whitewater community
  • Attend recruiting events and represent Lavelle Industries and our position openings
  • Conduct employment interviews and make hiring decisions for the production workforce
  • Onboard new hires and personify the "warm welcome" of the company culture
  • Maintenance of recruiting metrics
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree focusing on HR or a similar field of study
  • Ability to travel to community events and to the Lavelle Industries headquarters in Burlington, WI (expenses will be reimbursed)
  • Available for at least 15-20 hours during standard business hours (8-5pm)
  • Ability to read, write and speak both English and Spanish fluently
