• Conduct individual therapy sessions, maintaining strict confidentiality protocols to protect client information and build trust.
• Continuously assess client progress, revising treatment plans as needed, and providing ongoing motivational support to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic objectives.
• Engage in close collaboration with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to facilitate holistic client care, ensuring timely referrals to additional specialists when required.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific mental health needs of your clients.
• Document client interactions and treatment strategies meticulously in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.

Our primary demographic is women aged 35 to 55, encompassing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management. By focusing on this unique population, our counselors provide targeted support through personalized approaches that empower clients to navigate the complexities of their emotional and psychological hurdles.

• Possess a Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, showcasing a strong foundation in therapeutic practices and client engagement.
• Exhibit a robust understanding of ethical and legal considerations in counseling practice.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision while also thriving as a collaborative team member.
