Job Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of experience in project management or project implementation.
  • Finance, Healthcare or Non-Profit experience
  • Some travel may be required (20-25%); evenings may also be required as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production.
  • Leads engagement teams in the analysis, creation and deployment of innovative solutions. Duties include the development of detailed business requirements, formation of the business requirements into design parameters, the development of project plans, the management of the project schedule and budget using Microsoft Project and the development of client relationships.
  • Facilitates the definition of project scopes, goals, milestones, and deliverables in support of established objectives.
  • Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.
  • Designs and maintains technical and project documentation.
  • Reviews proposals and supporting documentation and develop detailed project plans. Established budgets, timelines, benchmarks, staffing and resource allocations, and operating procedures.
  • Liaises between project teams and other departments to support effective cross-collaboration.
  • Ensures that teams are given access to all appropriate resources and opportunities. Provides oversight, reporting, and quality assessments throughout the full project lifecycle.
Other Skills and Qualifications
  • MS Project
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile PM Methodologies (helpful but not required)
  • PMP preferred
  • SCRUM Master Certification desired
  • Scheduling and budgeting experience
  • Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience
  • Background in Education, Human Services, Health or Early Childhood Field
