The Creative Operations Analyst supports the execution and optimization of the DG Media Network (DGMN) Learn More DG Media Network creative workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of campaign assets at scale. This role partners with the Creative Studio, Account Management, and internal teams to manage project intake, streamline processes, and improve efficiency across the creative lifecycle. The position plays a critical role in enabling scalable, consistent creative delivery to support DGMN’s growth.


Job Details
  • Collaborate with the Creative Studio, Account Management, and internal teams to ensure clear creative intake, kick-offs and timeline management (30%)
  • Support communication between stakeholders to ensure efficient feedback loops and approvals (30%)
  • Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting to support visibility into creative pipeline and timelines (10%)
  • Support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of scalable and efficient creative workflows (10%)
  • Help implement and drive adoption of project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and standardized ways of working with resources and best practices (10%)
  • Support ongoing initiatives to scale DGMN’s creative capabilities and operational infrastructure (5%)
