Position Summary

  • Configure and implement sales performance, incentive compensation, and supporting/related technologies to provide meaningful business solutions.

  • Provide day-to-day technical support of the critical business systems

  • Solutions must optimize the user experience and adhere to the principles of agility, speed of delivery, ease of maintenance, and scalability

  • Acquire and apply knowledge of Shaw's transactional and organizational data to develop solutions and to provide on-demand analytics and reporting as needed

  • Creatively apply knowledge and skills to prototype innovative solutions

  • Contribute to a dynamic working environment by learning new skills and sharing knowledge with team members

  • Configure solutions per design specifications

  • Meaningfully participate in each phase of the project life cycle

  • Adapt to changing requirements and priorities

  • Prepare and update documentation of designs, requirements, changes, and training materials

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing

  • Analyze, transform, and compare large volumes of data for modeling, analysis, and/or root-cause identification.

  • Contribute to maintaining a high standard of quality by producing reports to identify events, trends, or outlying data that require attention regarding technology systems and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Sales Performance Management / Incentive Compensation Management platforms or similar ERP / CRM enterprise applications.

  • Experience utilizing analytics tools and languages

  • Experience with relational databases, SQL development, data integration, and data analysis

  • Ability to analyze, transform, and compare large volumes of data (structured and unstructured)

  • Ability to develop reports which convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner

  • Effective communication skills

Preferred experience:

  • Varicent (Comp software) experience

  • Advanced skills with office productivity applications (Microsoft Office), including scripting

  • Proficient writing skills, including technical writing
