Job description

About Us
BTC Inc. is the parent company of Bitcoin Magazine, The Bitcoin Conference, and Bitcoin for Corporations. Our mission is Hyperbitcoinization, the global adoption of Bitcoin as the world's preferred monetary network. We believe Bitcoin opens the door to a global monetary network free from poor incentives, censorship, and government manipulation. Our journey to success involves decades of complex problem-solving, product development, and service creation in order to onboard billions of people into a future where money is more accessible, borderless, and inclusive. If you enjoy working on challenging problems, fast-paced sprints, and navigating ambiguity, you'll find our mission and type of work inspiring and rewarding.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and highly motivated Producer to join our Production team, dedicated to advancing the global impact of Bitcoin. This is a remote first role with the requirement of traveling for site visits and on-site production. You will report to our Event Director and will bring experience supporting large-scale events and possess a passion for creating dynamic event experiences. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales/Account Management, Ops, Creative, and AV. You will be proactive in problem-solving and contribute to a team that is responsible for producing a three-day conference with thousands of attendees - planning every element of the event year-round with precision and care.
Success in this role will require an individual who is flexible and collaborative with experience producing bespoke activations. We pride ourselves on our iterative process, which involves all team members being adaptable and willing to adjust as the event plan comes into focus. This role will also require you to be exceptionally organized and capable of overseeing multiple overlapping product timelines to be successful. You will have experience creating systems at other organizations and will be comfortable offering feedback on current processes to help our team improve.
Within the Production team, this individual will work alongside experienced producers who collectively own the full event - from AV infrastructure to venue operations and attendee experience. The Expo & Creative Producer will occupy a defined lane within that structure, with clear ownership of the expo hall environment and creative activation layer, while operating in close coordination with teammates across all other event verticals.
The Work
  • Own end-to-end production of expo hall activations + creative sponsor builds (concept โ†’ vendor sourcing โ†’ budget โ†’ timeline โ†’ on-site execution)
  • Partner tightly with Sales/Account Management to translate sponsor goals into buildable scopes, budgets, and deliverables
  • Serve as production point-of-contact for internal activations (Art Gallery, Store, Press Lounge, etc.), ensuring consistency with event design + floor plan realities
  • Co-manage print signage + collateral (placement strategy, vendor coordination, and on-site execution), optimizing for traffic flow, sponsor commitments, and venue constraints
  • Contribute creative concepts and references for bespoke builds tailored to a Bitcoin-native audience
  • Maintain accurate, real-time budgets and timelines across multiple parallel projects; surface risks early and propose tradeoffs

Your Experience
  • 3+ years in event production / experiential marketing / brand activations / large-scale event design (or equivalent ownership)
  • Proven vendor management and on-site execution under tight timelines (multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder)
  • Strong creative taste paired with practical execution: can ideate, scope, and deliver within constraints
  • Excellent written/verbal communication; can present concepts with visual references and align stakeholders
  • High organizational rigor: builds systems others can pick up quickly; tracks changes cleanly
  • Calm, proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environments; self-starter mentality
  • Alignment with Bitcoin ethos (nice-to-have, not required)

Additional Benefits
In addition to working on a meaningful mission in a challenging environment, we also provide the following:
  • Unlimited Vacation
  • Company MacBook
  • Health, Dental, and Vision
  • Remote First / Your Schedule
  • 100% Paid Life Insurance and Disability
  • Work alongside a talented, fast-paced team solving complex problems
  • The opportunity to connect and network with the Bitcoin industry and leaders in the space

The pay range for this role is:
86,000 - 120,000 USD per year (United States)
