This role serves as the primary owner of L2 initiatives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, on brand, and with a high level of operational and creative excellence. This role is responsible for translating ambiguous client briefs into clear campaign approaches, developing creative proposals, and owning execution from concept through delivery.This role translates client briefs and product requirements into successful creator executions, while collaborating closely with Account Management, Creative, and Data partners. The Creative Project Manager plays a critical role in maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency across the Influencer Marketing program, while building toward more complex and strategic work within Fresh Tapeโ€™s L1/L2/L3 framework. L2 projects require strong judgment, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.
