Are you a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert who loves bringing complex B2B campaigns to life? We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to own the end-to-end execution of our B2B email marketing campaigns.
In this role, you won't just hit "send." You will combine your marketing automation expertise with a strong analytical mindset to enhance campaign performance through personalization, journey mapping, and AI-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with data teams and creative agencies to ensure seamless delivery, flawless quality assurance, and continuous optimization using emerging AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Build, test, and deploy static and complex, automated email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (utilizing Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder).
Lifecycle & Journeys: Translate client requirements into scalable, executable SFMC workflows and multi-touch customer journeys.
HTML & Content Customization: Handle basic HTML/CSS editing and dynamic content scripting to ensure flawless rendering across all devices and email clients.
End-to-End Project Management: Own the campaign timeline from intake to deployment, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and stakeholder updates.
QA & Compliance: Maintain rigorous QA processes to ensure 100% accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM/GDPR).
Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and the integration of AI-driven insights to boost campaign ROI.
Qualifications (What You Bring)
Must-Haves:
3+ years of Project Management or Campaign Operations experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple marketing timelines successfully.
Hands-on technical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email building and troubleshooting layout issues.
3+ years in Direct Marketing Channels (Email preferred; SMS, Mobile Push, or Direct Mail a plus).
Strong business communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail-you catch the typos and broken links everyone else misses.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Skills):
Experience in the B2B marketing space or retail/commercial concepts.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Workfront, MRM, or ProofHub.
Experience working with marketing databases, SQL, or AMPscript.
An analytical mindset with experience translating campaign data into business solutions.
