• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth, which will inform the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy workshops that address common mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Engage in inter-professional collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive treatment plans that holistically support patient wellness.
• Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices, and integrate new methodologies into your therapeutic approach.
• Provide constructive feedback and creative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of our programs, ensuring we are meeting the evolving needs of our client population.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Our commitment is to empower each individual through personalized therapeutic interventions, assisting them to overcome difficulties and achieve their personal mental health goals.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active and valid state license in mental health counseling (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW).
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience providing mental health therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusting relationships quickly with clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in mental health care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other similar modalities.
• An established history of managing clients with complex emotional or psychological challenges.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
