  • Offer crisis intervention when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure the well-being of all clients.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at fostering community and resilience among students.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
  • A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a focus on school-aged populations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within an educational environment or in a school-based mental health program.
  • Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and electronic health record systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative treatment plans tailored to diverse populations.
