• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' needs and formulating evidence-based treatment plans catered to each individual.
• Administering therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
• Maintaining precise, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring data integrity and patient privacy.
• Collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure the highest standard of care for clients.
• Participating actively in case consultations and supervision meetings, contributing to the continuous quality improvement of our services.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources, empowering them to navigate their treatment journeys.
• Staying current with the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Managing a full caseload of clients, ensuring effective treatment delivery while adhering to ethical standards established by licensing boards.

At True Balance Health Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depressive conditions, trauma responses, and relational difficulties. • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice in Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various solution-focused therapy interventions and techniques.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong analytical skills and a capacity for critical thinking in clinical scenarios.

• Previous experience in a mental health counseling role, especially in a community health or clinic-based setting.
