This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing counselors to effectively engage with clients through telehealth platforms. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Design and implement evidence-based therapy strategies tailored to individual and group therapy sessions, addressing personal goals and challenges.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic interventions and techniques that foster client engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care, ensuring every client's needs are considered and addressed effectively.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and clinic policies.
